This website serves as a personalized tour guide for customers, providing an easy way to navigate where they get to select the ideal getaway. The Green Heart Resort promises guests an experience beyond compare, whether they are looking for leisure or seamless adventure.
Challenge
- Complex form Implementation: While ensuring a seamless user experience, complex code and validation are needed during the creation of multi-step forms. We had to manage data across several form sections while keeping data integrity and error handling into account. This entire process consumed a lot of time, which created a slight delay in the project timeline.
- Performance optimization: One of the main challenges was that if not properly optimized, a multi-step form may potentially cause the website’s performance to suffer. In order to avoid user annoyance, we had to strike the correct balance between interaction and page loading time.
- Payment gateway integration: Booking payment gateways for hotel room booking makes the entire process much more complicated. Our main priority was to protect sensitive user information, security, data encryption and smooth transaction processes. Establishing all the payment gateways properly was a difficult task.
- Responsive design: It was essential for us to guarantee that the multi-step form functions perfectly on a variety of gadgets as well as screen sizes. It was difficult for us developers to create a responsive layout that keeps its appeal and functionality on both desktop and mobile devices.
